ZF1 is a dielectric compound specially designed to protect the electrical and electronic systems of equipment and foundations against the effects of water in all its forms.
Integrating to the metal at molecular levels. Oil Trixx creates a hydrophobic network that repels water and humidity from the treated surfaces with a total lifespan of 6 months to a year, depending on the stress levels applied to the surface. It’s easy to use and very material friendly.
Avoid failures in electrical conductivity by keeping all the equipment that may be affected by water operational and avoiding current leaks that may cause short circuits and undesirable consequences. It also works as a very effective agent that protects all metals from oxidation and corrosion.

WHAT ZF1 OFFERS US
APPLICATION
ZF1 must be applied to all metal parts of equipment, installations, and systems without exception. It is recommended that the surfaces be clean and dry, although the product can be applied in cases of emergency. Once used, the protective effect will be achieved after 10-15 minutes in emergency cases; however, it is advisable to wait 24 hours to get the maximum level of protection; it is at that moment when we can only remove a possible excess of product to avoid the accumulation of dust and grease, mainly on external moving parts.
WATER DOES NOT REMOVE THE PRODUCT. ZF1 generates a protective layer integrated into the metallic surfaces at the molecular level so that the water does not remove the product from the applied surfaces. In everyday stress situations, the product can achieve up to 1 year of complete protection.
